Alas, time constraints thwarted our desire to explore the culinary delights served up by Charming Squire head chef and certified paddock-to-plate magician Deniz Coskun. The beautiful beaches of Noosa are just a short drive away in Australian terms and make a great day trip.
Fortitude Briisbane attracts young professionals searching for trendy bars, good food, and a vibrant nightlife. Non-beer-drinkers are not forgotten; a hearty wine, spirit and cocktail list is on hand, too.

Although mid-high temperatures rarely drop in Queensland, it can have its fair share of bad weather.
